Christmas has always been my favorite holiday of the year. While I’m kind of sad that it’s now passed, the city is still filled with decorated trees and the holiday spirit still lingers in the air. Keeping the holiday spirit very much alive is this cute red dress from Anthropologie. This beautiful dress has an all-over lace pattern, which I complimented with just a few accessories. In this case, simple does the trick.

Ting’s styling rule #1: less is more. Avoid wearing earrings, a necklace, and a bracelet all at once. Choose up to two accessories for your outfit and keep it to one statement jewelry out of the two. I skipped wearing a necklace and instead chose tiny gold studs and a statement bracelet to bling up this holiday look.

When wearing a red dress, black is often the best color compliment. With red being a bold color, adding another strong color to your outfit would
clash with the whole look. I completed this look by pairing this dress with a pair of black pumps, shades, and my new black Chanel WOC. Now, who’s ready to go on a date in this holiday season?
